Eligibility

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return request.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products
• Digital items
• Used or damaged items not caused by us

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, you must process a return request.
